DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT A deposit is required to secure and guarantee your scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide a deposit may result in the forfeiture of appointment. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or appointment changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may also result in the client being responsible for the full price of the scheduled service, at the stylist’s discretion. Any outstanding balance may be required before the client is eligible to book another appointment. RESCHEDULING Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment one time only, provided the appointment is rescheduled outside of the 48-hour cancellation window. If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, or if the appointment is changed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the original deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. NO-SHOWS Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. A no-show may also result in the client being responsible for the full price of the missed service before another appointment can be scheduled. Stylist (Isabella of Isa Look LLC) has the right to deny clients from rebooking with them if a NO-CALL, NO-SHOW appointment occurs.
